Beautiful little hotel in a beautiful position near the ski area. Spacious and absolutely fantastic room with a big bathroom. the staff was very friendly. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Convenient location next to the post office and supermarket. Many food options within a short walk from the hotel. Honestly, no reason to complain.

The room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge.

The spa was a perfect place to relax, and they really did think of every little detail to make my stay exceptional. The location was great, surrounded by shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being in the center of this charming village and minutes away from the ski area on foot. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a little spa that had everything we needed to relax after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue where all of my needs were fulfilled. the service was exceptional, and I enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, the sauna, jacuzzi, and live entertainment. the massage was incredibly relaxing, and I appreciated the spa lounge and beauty treatments. the restaurant served delicious food and offered in-room breakfast, packed lunches, and special diet menus.

Despite the luxurious amenities, I noticed one minor issue. the steam room was not working correctly, and I had to report it to the staff.

Had the best Christmas stay ever! the location was fantastic with easy access to skiing slopes and the town center. the breakfast spread was amazing and the hot chocolate tasted divine. The hotel's spa facilities were a wonderful addition – the heated pool and sauna were very relaxing.

The room I stayed in had weak lighting, making it seem dark most of the time. The bathroom was also quite small, but that was not a problem for me.

Relaxing herbal tea area, gastronomic experience at The White Restaurant, luxurious shopping at The Bottega del Fiocco, breathtaking views of Cima Fascia, and skiing in nature with an instructor. Can't wait to go back!

For the price we paid, the value at this hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great selection of pillows. The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to hiking trails. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be a wider variety of options.
